A local woman, who had just gotten her brand new car, was left in tears after a nerve-wracking experience of being driven through a flooded area.
The emotional moment, seemingly overwhelming for her, was captured in a TikTok video posted by one of her friends.
Driving new car through water
According to the video, the woman had recently picked up her new car and was out with her friends when they encountered heavy rain and floodwaters.
In the clip, the car owner can be heard crying as they drove through the flooded area, shouting, “My car!” amidst her tears.
Overcome with emotion, the car owner breaks down and cries uncontrollably as they navigate the water-logged streets. A friend in the back seat filmed the entire ordeal.
As the car moved through deeper water, its sensors constantly triggered alarms, adding to the tension inside the vehicle.
Fortunately, after a short but tense drive, they reached a road with lower water levels, bringing relief to the group.
