M’sian boy hugs school security guard wins hearts
Recently, a heartwarming video went viral on TikTok (@zilamohd), capturing the simple yet profound interaction between a young boy and a school security guard.
The video, posted by a mother named Zila, shows her son, Qauthar, greeting the security guard with a handshake and a warm hug.
Zila explained that the security guard, affectionately called “uncle,” often looks after her children, Qauthar and Orked, after school if she is running late.
Beyond his duties, this dedicated uncle takes the time to chat with the kids and entertain them, creating a bond that goes beyond mere supervision.
In her post, Zila expressed her gratitude:
“Thank you, uncle, for looking after our children for two years at this school. A very kind uncle who works sincerely.”
The video also included a touching message from Zila to her children, reminding them to always respect their elders. “Always love and respect others, no matter who they are,” she advised.
Speaking to WeirdKaya, Zila shared that the incident took place in Johor.
She explained, “Uncle always takes care of the children whose parents are late picking them up. He knows every student’s parents and will escort them to the car.”
