He claimed that he had been waiting since 11:30 am and successfully purchased a ticket for the 4 pm slot to ascend the tower.

However, his frustration grew when, at around 3 pm, a Malay official wearing a Petronas-colored necktie approached a “mat saleh” couple seated next to Shamsuddin.

The official inquired about their ticket time, to which the couple stated their tickets were for 4:15 pm.

Shamsuddin alleges that the officer then winked at the couple, seemingly indicating that they could go up earlier than scheduled.

Shamsuddin’s Facebook post expressed his frustration, saying, “Wow, that mat saleh has just arrived, his body is fresh and tattooed, his female partner doesn’t even look deformed. I stand with those who possess MyKid and still do not receive such treatment.”

This incident has raised concerns about the fairness and equality of access to one of Malaysia’s most famous landmarks, the Petronas Twin Towers.
