M’sia Is 2nd Friendliest Country In Asia & 15th In The World, Study Finds

According to a recent survey by finance website Insider Monkey, Malaysia ranks as the second friendliest country in Asia.

This recognition speaks volumes about Malaysia’s welcoming nature, making it a top choice for visitors.

Insider Monkey’s survey looked at various aspects to gauge friendliness. They considered how well Malaysia embraces people from different backgrounds, religions, and ethnicities.

They also checked how locals treat immigrants and expatriates. Plus, they looked at how easy it is to get a visa to visit Malaysia.

The survey used data from trusted sources like Yahoo! Finance, HSBC, and Passport Index to get a complete picture of Malaysia’s friendliness.

And the results? Malaysia scored an impressive 2.20 out of 3, putting it in second place in Asia and 15th globally. That’s a big win!

As for the other countries, here is the ranking: United Arab Emirates with a score of 2.52, Vietnam at 1.67, Philippines with 1.63, and Singapore scoring 1.51.
