NEGERI SEMBILAN – A young motorcyclist was stopped by PDRM officers for driving without a helmet. To his surprise, the police officer asked him to sing the national anthem “Negaraku” as his “fine”.
The incident took place in front of a bus station in Kuala Pilah.
In the video, the young motorcyclist was visibly embarrassed while bystanders laughed at his special “punishment.”
It remains unknown whether the young man was issued an actual fine.
The video has garnered over 26,000 likes and 100,000 views at press time.

The video also sparked a heated debate in the comments section.
While many thought that the video was funny, some netizens also expressed dissatisfaction and anger.
Some people pointed out that the PDRM officers did not stand while the youth sang the national anthem, which is disrespectful.
While others also noted the improperly worn mask by the young motorcyclist.
