NEGERI SEMBILAN – A young motorcyclist was stopped by PDRM officers for driving without a helmet. To his surprise, the police officer asked him to sing the national anthem “Negaraku” as his “fine”.

In the video, the young motorcyclist was visibly embarrassed while bystanders laughed at his special “punishment.”

It remains unknown whether the young man was issued an actual fine.
