[VIDEO] Man wrecks his own car to avoid paying RM50 clamping fee

He saved RM50...but at what cost?

Getting your car clamped is probably the most frustrating encounter on earth, where you have to either haggle your way out from paying the full clamping fee, or dig deep into your pockets and pay up.

This driver however went into full rage mode, so much so that he was willing to inflict damage to his car to avoid paying to get his car unclamped.

All for RM50

In a video posted on Twitter, a man was seen entering his car after two security guards appeared to be telling him that he needed to pay RM50 in clamping fees.

In a display of pure defiance, the man then begins to reverse the car while the clamp was still attached to the front right wheel.

As he continued to reverse the car, a loud metallic sound could be heard emitting from the wheel as the clamp was forced to twist furiously around it, resulting in substantial damage.

However, that didn’t seem to faze the man at all, who continued to maneuver the car until the clamp eventually fell off the wheel out of sheer force.

Another netizen commented that the car tyre probably wasn’t the only part that was left scarred by the man’s reckless behavior.

This netizen however seemed to sympathise with the man, saying that he most likely lost his temper and acted rashly, not because he wanted to save up on clamping fees.
