Students residing at a hostel in Kampar were left traumitised after a man was caught on CCTV footage exposing his genitals in full public view.
Screenshots of the CCTV footage have since made its way on social media, with the OP urging female students to be on their guard against such individuals.
Man exposes himself near student hostel
In one of the screenshots, it showed the man, who was clad in a blue t-shirt and black pants, stopping in front of one of the hostels while on his motorbike with his pants pulled down to his knees and his genitals being exposed.
In another screenshot, it showed him glancing towards the direction of a young woman, presumably a resident of the hostel, fleeing in terror after witnessing the unbecoming act with her own eyes.
According to Oriental Daily, Kampar district police chief Supt Mohamad Nazri Daud said a police report has since been lodged over the incident and an investigation is now underway.
Unfortunately, Kampar is no stranger to incidents involving indecent acts and lewd behaviour, with one of the most notorious examples being female underwear getting stolen in the dead of night.
