While we all have probably seen and heard of instances where one accidentally collided into a building and resulted in extensive damages, what are the odds of causing its roof to fall apart too?
Such was the case for a car which was believed to have reversed into the pillar of a temple located in KL, where the impact was so great that it led to the roof collapsing as well.
KL temple roof collapses after driver allegedly reverses into pillar
In a series of photos and a video that was widely shared on Facebook, it showed a silver car with its front and back rear completely crushed beyond recognition.

As for the temple, it didn’t fare any better, where its roof had collapsed along with the concrete overhang and supporting pillar visibly damaged and debris scatted across the grass.

The car was later seen being loaded onto a tow truck and transported away from the scene.

According to the post’s caption, the accident reportedly took place somewhere in North Jinjang but the OP didn’t specify which temple was affected by the crash.
It’s also not known whether the driver was injured by the accident.
Netizens speculated that based on the photos, the car driver had allegedly reversed into the temple pillar by accident, causing its roof to come tumbling down as a result and damaging the car’s back rear.

However, they couldn’t seem to put a finger on what might have caused the car’s front rear to suffer the same level of damage as well, leading some to claim that the driver could’ve been intoxicated.

Whatever the reason may be, please drive carefully on the road and always look behind you before you reverse the car!
