Idaman Apartment’s Price Increases From RM168K To RM200K After Zayn Rayyan’s Case Because It’s Famous Now

They said the apartment is now famous, seen on TV every day.
In the relentless pursuit of apprehending the perpetrator behind the tragic death of 6-year-old Zayn Rayyan, whose lifeless body was discovered near a river two days after his disappearance, some individuals are displaying a lack of empathy.

Adding to the somber situation, the owner of Arzone Properties was surprised to learn that house price at Idaman Apartment jumped from RM168,000 to RM200,000.

According to her, the owner justified this increase by citing the heightened media attention on the location as a factor that had boosted its overall value.

Sharing this through her Facebook account, Azie Nawawi revealed that property prices at Idaman Apartment have surged dramatically in the aftermath of the tragic case involving Zayn Rayyan.

In the post, Azie said she received a listing to sell a house in Idaman Apartment, Damansara Damai, just two weeks ago, noting that the ground-floor unit was initially listed at RM168,000, with the owner expressing an urgent need to sell.

However, a few days ago, when someone wanted to buy the house, the owner changed the price to RM200,000, saying it gained fame from media coverage.

“They mentioned that the apartment has gained fame now, appearing on TV every day. Everyone knows about it, so they feel the need to raise the price,” Azie said.

This has stirred concern for Azie Nawawi, who openly expressed her surprise and worry.

She described the situation as taking advantage of a difficult time, highlighting the opportunistic nature of the price increase following a tragic incident.

Azie Nawawi, grappling with the intricacies of the situation, could only respond with a measured, “Okay, sir. I hope you can sell your house quickly and with ease.”

However, the person who wanted to buy the house decided not to take a look at the property.

“Anyway, let us together recite Al-Fatihah to Allahyarham Adik Zyn Rayyan. May all matters concerning the family and heirs be made easier,” she wrapped it up.

In a subsequent post, Azie Nawawi addresses the reactions to her previous update.

She begins by stating, “Enough is enough,” explaining that she had to ‘hide comments’ on the earlier post due to attacks from what she amusingly refers to as ‘Nur Tizen,’ her own quirky term for netizens.

She emphasises the original intention of sharing the situation as an exploration of various human behaviors, acknowledging that people’s perspectives may differ.

Despite the positive comments received, Azie Nawawi expresses concern over extreme reactions and dismissive comments, even humorously addressing accusations of making up the story for likes.

She concludes with a lighthearted remark, “Do you think I’m a short story writer or something?”

In short, let’s show kindness and understanding to each other during this tough time, offering support and compassion as we face these challenges together.
