A Malaysian man in his 40s claims he was forcibly pulled into a massage parlour by foreign women just moments before an Immigration Department raid in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
Walk for food leads to unexpected raid
According to NST, the man, a civil servant from Ipoh, said he was visiting Kuala Lumpur to play golf and was staying at a nearby hotel.

He said he had only stepped out to get food when he was approached by several women believed to be masseuses.
They kept pulling me and persuading me to go in for a massage,” he reportedly said.
“At first I refused, but they didn’t stop. I was tired after golf, so I gave in.”
He claimed he paid RM60 to an Indonesian woman before entering the premises.
However, the massage did not happen as Immigration personnel raided the parlour soon after.
Three massage parlours raided
Kosmo! reported that the Kuala Lumpur Immigration Department raided three massage parlours around 11pm during the operation.
Officers had been monitoring the area based on tips about suspicious activities.
During the raid, a brief commotion broke out as several foreigners tried to escape when they spotted the officers.
30 people arrested
Kuala Lumpur Immigration Department director Wan Mohammed Saupee Wan Yusoff told the English daily that 30 individuals were arrested in total.

The group included 11 Indonesians, 16 Cambodians, two Thais and one Chinese national.
He said all of them were brought back to the department’s office for further investigation.
Immigration offences being investigated
Wan Mohammed Saupee added that the individuals are being investigated under:
- Section 15(1)(c) of the Immigration Act 1959/63 for overstaying
- Section 6(1)(c) for not having valid passes or permits
- Regulation 39(b) of the Immigration Regulations 1963
Authorities are continuing their investigations into the massage parlour operators and their staff.
