The student’s mother took to Facebook to share her amazement at the quality of the school’s cafeteria at SJK(C) Yoke Kuan, Sekinchang, humorously expressing her wish to return to school just for the meals offered there.

A vast variety of food options

She highlighted the vast array of food available in the cafeteria, ranging from Chinese and Western to Japanese dishes, all of which are drool-worthy.

It also comes with food prices set modestly between 1 to 4 Ringgit, the cafeteria demonstrates a commendable effort to provide nutritional and diverse meal options that are accessible to all students.

Photos shared by the parent showcased the cafeteria’s offerings, including pasta, sushi, rice balls, Western breakfasts, and Chinese meals, all presenting an appetizing appearance.

Among the options, the cafeteria sells Western-style pasta that is particularly eye-catching.

Sushi and rice balls are also available for purchase in the cafeteria, which is praised for its cleanliness and hygiene.

The mother playfully commented on her desire to return to school upon seeing the cafeteria’s delightful cuisine, mentioning that her child opted for sushi three days in a row.

Furthermore, the facility includes card readers, enabling students to make payments using bank cards or electronic wallets.

Speaking to WeirdKaya, Chloe Fu, the parent who first posted about the canteen online, shared that beyond the rich variety of food, the school environment is also exceptional.

“In Selangor, Yoke Kuan Chinese Primary School is well known for its excellent environment and spacious activity areas.”

“The school can comfortably houses around 800-900 students from grades one to six.”

Chloe also mentioned that she was once a student at Yoke Kuan Chinese Primary School.

“Although we didn’t have as many food options back then, the food has always been very delicious.”

“It’s great to see how my school has improved over time.” Chloe said.

She also stressed that all the food shown in her photo costs RM4 each.
