CHERAS – Do you remember when the last time you answered the call of Nature by letting it go in your pants? If you do, we bet that was probably the first and last time.
A Grab driver named Kingsley Chew took to Facebook to air his grouses over a customer who peed on the car seat and alighted from the vehicle without an apology.
From the picture and caption, Admin can hear and feel the intense anger behind it.
According to Chew, he picked up a couple at a Public Bank branch at Bandar Mahkota Cheras. After the 30-minute ride, they paid the RM13 fee and alighted from the car. However, Chew noticed that the man’s pants were wet and discovered the horrible truth when he checked the car seat.
And for all of you who studied Biology, you’d know by now that urine emits a nauseating stench, which was exactly how Chew realised it wasn’t water.
“Why can’t he (the customer), as a grown-up, tell me that he needs to pee?! He didn’t say a word or apologised when he got out of my car!”
The incident, which occurred last month, caused Chew to fork out RM120 in cleaning fees to rid the car seat of the stench. Thankfully, he was able to claim it back from Grab.
If you are a Grab driver and don’t know what to do if it happens, this is Chew’s advice:
“I called the Grab centre and lodged a report over the incident. I was told to take a picture of the car seat and brought my car for a wash.”
“Remember to take a photo of the car wash receipt along with the signature and chop of the car wash provider.”
He also told other Grab drivers to search ‘My passenger made a mess – Driver Grab’ on Google and upload a picture(s) of the said mess or bring it directly to the Grab centre.
