The unusual event occurred in Murung Raya, a district in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. The mysterious white formation, resembling a fluffy cloud, quickly became a hot topic.

Condensed water vapor
Despite the fun speculation, scientists have provided a more grounded explanation for the phenomenon.
Experts suggest that the white mass is likely not a fallen cloud but rather a fog or condensed water vapor.
Under specific conditions of temperature and humidity, water vapor can gather and form a dense mass, creating the appearance of a solid “cloud” on the ground.
