AMPANG: A customer was caught on CCTV raging at one of the cashiers and damaging the cash register over a mistake on his order.
The incident is believed to have occurred at a Burger King outlet in Ampang.
The 2-minute video shows the man gesturing wildly and yelling at the cashier before giving the cash register a rough shove, sending some of its compartments crashing to the floor.

Ampang Jaya District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Farouk Eshak said the police received a report from the restaurant manager at 4.30 pm yesterday (May 20).
According to the restaurant manager, the incident happened at 12.15 pm when the man placed an order at the counter.

“The man scolded an employee who was on duty for making a mistake on his order. The police have also recorded the manager’s statement and visited the scene.”
Mohamad Farouk said initial investigations found no losses or injuries suffered by the manager. He also added that the manager does not intend to pursue the case any further.
However, a plot twist appeared when a netizen, who claimed to be present during the incident, wrote in the comment section on Twitter saying that the restaurant staff dragged the man’s order and got it wrong THREE times.
