PETALING JAYA – Recently, the famous social media influencer Ammar Azizan, who has over 353k followers on Instagram and 9k followers on Twitter, posted on his social media to recall on the early days where he and his then-girlfriend, Adira only had a Proton Wira as their main vehicle.
“After marriage, I have a successful career, a nicer car, and Hagemaru, our lovely baby boy. I really appreciate all of these”, says Ammar Azizan.
And now in 2020, he is driving a Mercedes and live happily with his wife and son, Hagemaru, which was named after a well-known cartoon character.
According to Azizan’s Instagram, he would drive the Proton Wira to pick up Adira from school back in 2013. He recalled that the air conditioning in the car always “rosak” and the window still couldn’t be opened, causing them sweating a lot in the car. He even asked Adira to sit at the back of the car as it would be cooler. Although the car was nothing to brag about, he used to think that the car was beautiful.
In 2015, Adira ventured into modelling. At that time, Ammar would park his car far away from her working place as he would feel ashamed that he was not up to par with Adira. However, he is thankful that Adira was interested in him although he was not rich and famous at that time.
Netizens were touched by their love story. It has garnered more than 40k likes and 6.8k retweets on Twitter.
