A foreign worker in Malaysia recently went viral after posting a TikTok video showing his monthly salary which totaled RM9000.
In the video uploaded by TikTok user @user8640355302767, he stacked bundles of RM1000 on a table and counted them one by one.
He went from RM1000 to RM2000 all the way until RM9000 while filming the entire process.
The clip was simple, but it exploded online.
Women filled the comment section calling him baby and husband
While the money caught some attention, the real chaos was happening in the comment section.
Many viewers, especially women, flooded the video with playful and flirtatious remarks.
A few comments read:
“Sorry guys, baby I really like counting money like this”
“I love you b, when are you coming home”
“Abang come back early tonight, I am cooking briyani rice”
The comments kept rolling in, each one funnier and bolder than the last.
The video blew up on TikTok
Since it was posted, the clip has gained over two point six million views, more than one hundred thousand likes, and over eight thousand comments.
Netizens joked that the man accidentally started an online fan club simply by counting his salary on camera.
Whether he expected the attention or not, the internet clearly decided he is their new financial boyfriend.
