A 19-year-old female student was safely assisted by firefighters after she was found sitting on the first floor of a hostel building in Seri Kembangan earlier this morning.
During the incident, personnel from the Seri Kembangan Fire and Rescue Department (BBP) were seen speaking calmly with the student while trying to reassure her.

According to Balai Bomba dan Penyelamat Seri Kembangan, Selangor, the Operations Control Centre received an emergency call at 7.37 am, before a team, along with an LFRT vehicle, EMRS unit, and Water Tanker, was dispatched to the scene.

According to Operations Commander PBK I Nor Azuwan Zulghoni, the team arrived at the location at 7.45 am and immediately carried out a size-up before starting the operation.
The student was eventually brought to safety and the situation was placed under control.
The operation ended fully at 8.06 am before all personnel returned to the station.
According to the latest update, the student is currently receiving treatment at the hospital and is being given support for anxiety and hallucination-related conditions.
