According to the caption shared by the OP, Koh has reportedly been selling tissues outside Pavilion for a long time to support herself financially.

The post stated that Koh was previously a Paralympic swimmer who represented Malaysia in regional competitions, including the ASEAN Para Games.
It added that she had won many medals during her time as a national athlete, bringing glory to the country before eventually retiring from competitive sports.

Netizens speculate wheelchair may have been damaged
