A recent ad by Emirates Airlines showcased a lady clad in a flight attendant uniform standing at the pinnacle of the Burj Khalifa.
The Burj Khalifa, located in Dubai, is the tallest building in the world at 828 metres.
The ad was released on August 5 and received 2 million views on YouTube.
Earlier this week, Emirates released another clip showing the lengths they took to produce the heart-stopping ad after netizens expressed skepticism over its authenticity.
Filming at the pinnacle took rigorous training and strict safety protocol. From level 160, we climbed up for over an hour to reach the top.”Caption from YouTube/Emirates
This feat ultimately paid off, making Emirates Airlines as the only company to produce one of the highest and perilous ads ever.
Professional UK skydiver Nicole Smith-Ludvik, the main star of the ad, thanked the company for the amazing opportunity in an Instagram post.
This is, without a doubt, one of the most amazing and exciting stunts I’ve ever done.”Nicole Smith-Ludvik
Nicole is also the third individual to stand on top of the world’s tallest building aside from Tom Cruise and the Crown Prince of Dubai, H.H. Shiekh Hamdan Mohammed Rashid Al Maktoum.
Hats off to Nicole and Emirates Airlines for pulling off this jaw-dropping ad!
