Lied about having breakfast

In the TikTok video, Dr. Deen recounted that the patient, a man in his 50s known as Aiman Samushi (a pseudonym), came to his clinic for a tooth extraction.

As part of the standard procedure, Dr. Deen asked Aiman if he had any underlying health conditions and whether he had taken his medication and eaten breakfast. Aiman assured him that he had.

However, shortly after the extraction, Aiman showed signs of distress—clutching his forehead, closing his eyes, and appearing disoriented.

Alarmed, Dr. Deen supported Aiman and asked what he had eaten. At that moment, Aiman’s wife admitted that her husband had only drunk plain water and skipped both his breakfast and medication.

Immediately buy milo for him

Recognizing the symptoms of hypoglycemia—a condition where blood sugar drops dangerously low, often causing dizziness or fainting—Dr. Deen acted quickly.

He instructed his staff to buy Milo from a nearby store to boost Aiman’s blood sugar.

After Aiman drank the Milo, his condition improved. Dr. Deen then advised him about the risks of hiding important health information.

“This is a lesson—never lie to your doctor, especially before surgery or medical procedures,” Dr. Deen stressed in his TikTok post.

“We only want to help, but safety is our priority, especially for elderly patients or those with chronic conditions.”
