Decomposed Female Body Found Near KLIA Limo Area, Murder Believed To Be The Cause

Police believe the woman had been dead for roughly a week.
A passerby stumbled upon a decomposed female body by the roadside near the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) limousine area on September 1.

According to China Press, the shocking discovery prompted police to launch a murder investigation.

Victim found with severe head injuries

According to KLIA Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Azman, the authorities received an emergency call at 7.50 p.m. reporting the presence of a corpse near the KLIA Limo zone.

The victim, believed to be a woman in her early 20s, was found fully clothed in a white T-shirt with the words “Fear Less” printed on it and a pair of shorts.

However, the body was already in an advanced state of decomposition, and the head was severely damaged, with only the skull remaining.

Dead for about a week

Police believe the woman had been dead for roughly a week before being discovered.

The body was sent to Serdang Hospital for a post-mortem, which revealed four suspicious injuries, raising the likelihood of foul play.

The case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.

Public urged to assist investigation

Police have urged members of the public, especially those with missing family members matching the description, to come forward.

Anyone with information is asked to contact investigating officer Deputy Superintendent Cheng Ah Zhao at 018-2183555 or approach the nearest police station.

Authorities are now working to establish the victim’s identity, cause of death, and possible motives behind the suspected murder.
