Even though Coldplay usually performs multiple shows in other cities, their one-night event in Kuala Lumpur was extraordinary.

The concert broke the stadium’s attendance record, with over 75,000 fans showing up.

Later, it was revealed by an X account @coldcharts that the event was Coldplay’s biggest concert ever in their career, with a total of 81,812 tickets sold.

This made it not only a special night for Malaysian fans but also a landmark event for the band.

The Kuala Lumpur concert also made a huge amount of money, earning around USD 10.9 million (approximately RM 51.9 million).

This is a big deal because even though Coldplay has played at bigger festivals, this concert had the most people attending a single show.

For comparison, a recent concert by Coldplay in Tokyo, Japan, sold 97,627 tickets over two days, showing how impressive the Kuala Lumpur concert was for just one night.

This amazing concert in Malaysia shows how much people love Coldplay’s music all over the world.
