China Woman Left Deeply Touched After M’sian Uncles Help Move Double-Parked Car

According to a post shared on social media, the woman realized her car was blocked by double-parked vehicles on all sides after her visit to Taman Ungku Tun Aminah Night Market in Johor.

Uncles to the rescue

She tried contacting the vehicle owners but received no response. Feeling helpless, she approached a group of uncles at a nearby kopitiam for assistance.

One uncle rallied a few more men, and together they physically lifted one of the blocking cars, moving it just enough to create a small gap for her car to pass through.

A Cantonese-speaking uncle proceed to take the lead, directing the team and guiding the woman on how to drive her car out safely.

The tourist expressed her gratitude for the teamwork and generosity of the strangers, highlighting the warmth and helpful nature of Malaysians in turning a frustrating situation into a heartwarming memory.

“Malaysia is such a kind country.”

Speaking to WeirdKaya, she shared that her family is from China and they have been staying in Malaysia for two months while trying to secure an education visa for her child.

She said she has experienced nothing but kindness in Malaysia. She was offered free food at a pasar malam, and a taxi driver, upon learning they were from China, went out of his way to play Chinese children’s music for them.

She was even given free tickets to Genting Theme Park when another family, due to an urgent matter, couldn’t use their tickets.

Unfortunately, they were unable to obtain the visa and will be returning home soon. She expressed hope to return to Malaysia in the future, perhaps for a holiday.
