E-commerce and online shopping platforms have become a new trend in our modern world. While it is convenient and effortless, a problem most of us face when we shop online is that we can’t measure the size correctly, especially clothes. Sellers will usually state the measurements to make it easier, but sometimes it still turns out wrong.
To avoid such problems, some sellers have resorted to selling clothes on social media platforms, mainly through live sessions or pictures with beautiful models wearing it to grab netizens’ attention. Recently, a Thai online clothes seller devised a creative approach to get the netizens’ attention, and it seemed to have worked very well. The post garnered 12K reactions, 8.7K comments, and 18K shares.
We can see that the owner puts sets of female clothes on a sleeping man as the “model”, along with the size and price being labelled in the images as well. The shipping fee is 40 baht for the first piece and 10 baht for every subsequent piece.
Besides hitting the charts in the statistics department, most of the clothes have been sold out, leaving customers clamouring for more.
Do you often buy clothes online? Would you buy if someone sells it in this manner in Malaysia? Guess we all need to consider buying online since CNY is coming during the MCO period.
