A recent TikTok video has left Malaysians heartbroken, showing a baby bear injured and struggling on the LPT Kuantan highway just yesterday.
The short 7-second clip captures the little bear rolling over on the road, clearly in distress, with blood visible near its mouth.
Cars carefully pass by, drivers torn between wanting to help and not knowing what to do in the moment.
The video’s uploader, wnnurulhusna, later shared with WeirdKaya that this sad incident took place around noon near the Kuala Terengganu toll exit.
While it might seem that no one stopped to assist, Husna clarified that several people did pause to help the injured bear, trying their best to comfort it in a difficult situation.
Since being posted, the video has gathered over 600,000 views, sparking an outpouring of concern from viewers.
In the comments, people expressed sympathy and shared thoughts on what might have happened. Some speculated that scattered car parts nearby suggest the bear may have been struck by a vehicle.
