The 24.4km-Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE Highway) was recently opened to the public and Malaysians can now use it for free for a month.
However, a motorcyclist recently spotted a small but potentially dangerous problem that could endanger the safety of road users.
A3-sized signboard along highway
In a Tiktok video shared by @bob_yp, it showed the signboard sharing the same size as a piece of A3 paper located at an intersection.
A closer look revealed that the signboard was to indicate two distinct crossroads, with one leading to Ampang and the other leading to Hulu Langat.

‘Why so small?’
At the time of writing, the video has since received 800.3k views and 83.7k likes and left netizens laughing over how absurdly small the signboard was.
Some even said it looked like a page from a project assignment.

“Seems like they ordered the wrong size from Shopee. Wanted 1m but asked for 1cm.”

Others deduced that the authorities were trying to cut costs by making the signboard this small.
“Not enough money to make it bigger ’cause they’ve given their wives gold jewellery.”
