Road accidents can happen at any time and anywhere, where it often ends in tragedy and sorrow for those involved.
A young child as left traumitised after her grandmother was killed in a fatal road accident which saw the Perodua Viva she was driving land on its side and trap her within the wreckage.

Sinar Harian reported that the tragedy took place at Kampung Changkat Kinding near Tanjung Rambutan, Ipoh this morning.
The victims involved in the accident were a 17-year-old motorcyclist and 59-year-old Ng Yoke Lin, who was on the way in sending her granddaughter off at a kindergarten nearby.
Tambun Fire and Rescue Department (BBP) chief Shaharuddin Abd Ghani told the Malay daily that a team of eight members was dispatched to the scene after receiving a call at 7.17am.
“Upon their arrival at the scene, the team found the victim trapped on the side of the overturned Perodua Viva car, and hydraulic cutters were used to extricate the victim.
“The operation took almost half an hour and the victim was later confirmed dead by a medical team due to severe injuries,” he said.
Granddaughter unscathed
Thankfully, Ng’s granddaughter was unhurt from the crash. But the same couldn’t be said for the 17-year-old victim, who sustained severe injuries and was sent to the hospital for treatment.
Ng’s granddaughter was also sent to the hospital for a checkup while Ng’s body was handed over to police for further action.
