More than a week ago, we reported of a woman who was accused of subjecting her 14-year-old son to sexual abuse and filming the entire incident on her phone.

Days after her arrest, the 33-year-old woman was brought to the Sessions Court in Klang today, where she was slapped with four counts of sexual abuse.
Mother charged with sexually abusing 14yo and 12yo sons
FMT reported that the accused, who is unnamed, was slapped with two charges under Section 14(a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017, read together with Section 16(1), for assaulting her 14-year-old and 12-year-old sons by touching their bodies for sexual means.
As for the third charge, she was accused of sexually assaulting her 14-year-old son under Section 14(b) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017, read with Section 16(1), by forcing him to touch a section of her body for sexual arousal.
All of these were alleged to have taken placeat a house in Alam Perdana, Puncak Alam last November.
She faces a jail time of up to 25 years for each charge if found guilty.
Accused of making pornographic video
In addition to the three charges, the woman was also given a fourth charge under Section 5 of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017 for producing a pornographic clip featuring her 14-year-old son.
She was believed to have committed the crime at a hotel room in Sungai Buloh between Feb 17 and 18, 2022 and faces a jail sentence of up to 30 years.
The woman, who was unrepresented, did not have bail posted for her by the court and the case has been set for mention on June 26 pending her lawyer’s appointment.
Partner charged with sexual assault against accused’s daughter
Meanwhile, a 22-year-old tow truck operator who’s believed to be in a relationship with the woman was charged under Section 14(a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017 for sexually assaulting her 14-year-old daughter at the same date and location.
Haddad Radhi is facing a maximum jail term of 20 years and caning if convicted.
Despite the prosecutor asking for bail to be denied, Hadded was given bail at RM15,000 with one surety but is required to report to the nearest police station every month until the case’s disposal and barred from coming near the victims.
