A young man tragically lost his life at the tender age of just 24 when he suddenly blacked out and subsequently died while using the toilet at a petrol station in Melaka.

According to Oriental Daily, the tragedy took place at around 9.15am yesterday (Aug 8) at a petrol station located at Sungai Udang.
It is believed that the young man had gone to the toilet after filling his car with petrol before losing consciousness and slumping to the ground.
Melaka Tengah district police chief Christopher Patit said police received a report about the incident at 9.30am.
According to preliminary investigations, the victim was a 24-year-old man who was found unconscious inside the toilet and was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The victim’s body was later sent to the hospital for an autopsy to uncover the cause of death,” he said, adding that police are currently conducting their own investigation into the incident.
