Travelling from one place to another on an airplane is usually a stress-free experience, but every now and then, things can take a shocking, sometimes violent turn.
This was exactly what a group of passengers witnessed when two grown men got into a physical altercation which saw them exchange punches while inside a plane on Christmas Eve (Dec 24).

In a 23-second clip which has been making rounds on social media, it showed a man dressed in a gray t-shirt taking his luggage from the overhead compartment when he was stopped by a man clad in a black t-shirt.
As a result, this led to the both of them throwing their fists at each other.
In the background, several other passengers could be heard yelling in distress, with one female voice pleading in Mandarin: ‘Don’t fight anymore! There are children here!’
A spokesperson from the airline Scoot later told Mothership that the incident took place on flight TR135, which was travelling from from Xi’an, China, to Singapore on Christmas Eve.
The spokesperson added that the airline crew were notified of the fight between the men while disembarking at Changi Airport and stepped in to bring the situation under control in line with safety protocols.
Scoot also expressed regret for the incident, adding that its utmost priority was the safety and health of its crew and passengers.
