If you’ve recently spotted a giant Guinness pint glass walking around your office, don’t panic.
You’re not hallucinating from too much screen time. That’s Mr. Pint, Guinness Malaysia’s latest and possibly most unexpected recruiter.
No, he’s not delivering drinks. He’s on a mission to find the one, someone bold enough, steady enough, and Guinness-loving enough to become Malaysia’s very first Chief Pint Officer, also known as the CPO.

Wait, a what now?
Nope, not a typo. Not CEO. Not CFO. We’re talking about Chief Pint Officer, the champion of the tilt and the ultimate advocate for spotting a perfect Guinness pint.
Think of it as the ultimate gig for beer lovers. The job description? Lead the charge in the Guinness Tilt Challenge and set the standard for the perfect pint.
And the best part? There’s no resume needed. Just a steady hand and a keen eye for a perfect pint.
What exactly does the CPO do?

Aside from holding the most envy-inducing title in town, the CPO is a quality ambassador.
You’ll be the go-to person for perfect pints, mastering the iconic Guinness Tilt Test, and leading the way in pub culture appreciation.
In other words, you get to be the face of Guinness draught quality. The legend who can spot a perfect pour from a mile away.
So… how do I apply?

Here’s where it gets fun. Forget job portals and cover letters. All you have to do is complete the Tilt Test, a simple check to see if your Guinness pint is perfectly poured.
Just tilt the glass slightly. If the creamy head stays put, congratulations… it’s post-worthy.
From there, the steps are as smooth as a Guinness pour:
- Follow @GuinnessMY on Instagram
- Pour a pint of Guinness Draught (at the bar or with Guinness Draught in a Can at home)
- Do the Tilt Test : Tilt it 45 degrees and make sure the creamy head stays steady. If it does, you’ve nailed the Tilt Challenge. (Remember: No spills!)
- Snap a photo
- Post it on your Instagram Story
- Tag @GuinnessMY and use #GuinnessTiltMY
- Make sure your account is set to public
That’s one pint closer to the top of the leaderboard. The more you post, the higher you climb.
And yes, you can keep posting until the contest ends on 31 July 2025.
Wait, you can do this from home too?

Absolutely. No bar? No problem. Just grab a can of Guinness Draught in a Can (GDIC), pour it into a proper glass (no coffee mugs, please), and test your pour from the comfort of your living room.
You can find Guinness Draught in a Can at hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores, and even online on Shoppee, Lazada and Drinkies.
What’s in it for the winner?
If you make it to the top 10, you’ll enter an exclusive Guinness leadership programme. Expect to:
- Learn the legendary 7Cs of a perfect pour
- Sharpen your draught-pouring skills
- Dive deep into Guinness product knowledge
- Join a squad of future pint ambassadors
And then comes the final challenge. Only 3 will rise as the official Chief Pint Officer.
If that’s you, here’s what’s waiting on the other side:
- An all-expenses-paid trip to Dublin
- Monthly Guinness supply
- RM150 credit at Arthur’s Storehouse
- VIP access to Guinness events
- A birthday celebration worth RM888
Basically, you’ll be living every Guinness fan’s dream.
So why is Mr. Pint showing up at offices?

Because legends don’t just sit around. Mr. Pint is hitting the streets, crashing offices, and stirring up curiosity to find the perfect CPO.
If you see him, don’t be shy. Take a selfie, tag him, and share the buzz. Who knows, your office might just become the next Guinness HQ.
One last pint-sized reminder
This whole experience is strictly for non-Muslims aged 21 and above. Guinness advocates responsible enjoyment, so always drink smart and never drink and drive.
So, if you’ve got the touch, the passion, and the pint, this might just be the job of a lifetime.
Get tilting, get snapping, and join the hunt for the first ever Chief Pint Officer.
Because let’s face it, how many people can say they were headhunted by a giant pint glass?
