For many Malaysians, learning to drive means wrestling with a Perodua Axia manual, praying it doesn’t mati enjin tengah-tengah jalan. But over in Singapore, new drivers are living the high life—learning to drive in a Honda City.
A Singapore driving school has caught the attention of netizens for using the Honda City as its official training vehicle for new drivers.
Honda Singapore recently shared the news on Facebook, posting a photo of five silver Honda City cars neatly parked, all equipped with ‘L’ plates on their front and rear bumpers.

Helping learners gain confidence
According to the post, Kah Motor, the authorized distributor of Honda vehicles in Singapore, is proud to have the Honda City as part of the learning journey at ComfortDelGro Driving Centre (CDC).
“With safety, comfort, and reliability at its core, the Honda City is the perfect companion for those taking their first steps on the road,” the post stated.
