‘Thanks For The Lesson’ – Uncle Kentang Claims Woman Whom He Once Sheltered Stole From His Home

“No more invitation to my house."
Malaysian activist Uncle Kentang has taken to Facebook to share a personal experience that left many netizens shocked.

In a recent post, he claimed that a woman whom he once protected and sheltered ended up stealing from his home.

Despite the alleged betrayal, his message carried a tone of painful acceptance rather than anger.

Sheltered with family’s approval

According to Uncle Kentang, he had welcomed the woman into his home with his family’s approval.

I protected her and sheltered her with my family approval,” he wrote.

However, he later alleged that she stole from his house.

Following the incident, he made it clear that she would no longer be welcome.

“No more invitation to my house,” he stated.

‘There Are Good People And There Are Rogues’

Reflecting on the incident, Uncle Kentang said the experience served as a life lesson.

“There are good people and there are rogues,” he wrote.

He acknowledged that some might criticise him for being careless or naive, but maintained that kindness should never be seen as a mistake.

Some might comment I am careless and stupid. But in life we are taught to be kind,” he shared.

‘Thank you for stealing’

In a surprising twist, Uncle Kentang ended his post with a message directed at the alleged thief.

“Thank you for stealing. It gave me a lesson of life.”

While the full details of the alleged theft were not disclosed, the post has once again highlighted the difficult balance between kindness and caution in today’s world.
