A rare scene of hat-shaped cloud surrounding Mount Kinabalu peak has dropped netizens’ jaw.
A netizen captured the scene and shared several photos of it on Facebook. It looked as if Mt. Kinabalu has acquired a fluffy bucket hat!
Mount Kinabalu is so cute!
Many were left in awe by the photos showing the wonders of nature and the beauty it offers unexpectedly. The comment section was flushed with compliments to our beloved mountain.
One netizen jokingly said the mountain probably was wearing a mask due to Covid-19. “So cute!“
Some netizens also showed off other photos they took from different angles.
“View from Tambunan.”
One netizen commented that he had witnessed something even more spectacular than this!
“Doubled-hat!”
Sorry, the hat is limited edition
Sabah Meteorological Department spokesperson shed light on the ‘fashion choice’ of Mt. Kinabalu in a previous report.
“The lenticular cloud formations are formed when damp air passes through a barrier such as a mountain, resulting in a whirlwind that forms the cloud.”
You wish you could have Mt. Kinabalu’s fashion sense, but we must say she wins!
