A college student in Maharashtra, India, nearly missed his exam but managed to make it on time—by paragliding to the venue.
According to Samarth Mahangde, who runs a juice stall, forgot that his exam had been rescheduled.
He only realized it when his friends called, and by then, the exam center was 15km away, with heavy traffic blocking the roads.
With no time to waste, he approached a local paragliding instructor, who agreed to fly him over the jam.
What would have been a frustratingly long journey by road turned into a quick five-minute flight. Mahangde landed near the exam hall, sprinted inside, and made it just in time to sit for his test.

Apparently, he never got the update about the new exam date because his hall ticket wasn’t updated.
But thanks to some quick thinking and an unexpected sky-high shortcut, he didn’t miss out.
