We all would understandably get upset whenever a stall messes up our order, but would it warrant a police report filed against the vendor?
A woman in Singapore was so upset over how her noodles order was done incorrectly not once, but twice, that she felt the need to get police involved in the matter as well.
Given chicken feet instead of prawn dumplings
The woman, simply known as Carol, recounted to Stomp how her “very bad experience” at a stall in a Serangoon North Avenue 1 coffee shop went down.
She said on Jan 13, she ordered a bowl of prawn dumpling noodles. But when she got home, she found out that the stall had given chicken feet instead.

“So I went back to him (the vendor) to ask him to change it to prawn dumplings. He said okay and asked me, chilli or no chilli? I even shook my head and fingers, no, no, several times.”
Carol further alleged that the vendor threw her food onto the table roughly, leaving her in shock.
Enraged over chilli in noodles
When Carol returned home and sank her teeth into the prawn dumplings, she was dumbfounded to find that it had chilli inside and tasted spicy.

Filled with rage, she took a bus to the stall to confront the vendor but found that the stall had closed. She then asked a drinks vendor about his whereabouts and was told he had gone home.
Upon hearing this, Carol went to the Serangoon North Neighbourhood Police Post to lodge a police report and provided to Stomp a photo of her police case card.

Carol also claimed that the experience caused her to lose her appetite and avoid the stall for good.
“This will be my first and last time buying from this stall! Very disappointed! I lost my appetite and didn’t eat anything.
“The food is not free of charge. I paid for it and got this bad experience!”
