Singapore’s Ministry of Health (MOH) is reportedly making serious moves to boost its healthcare workforce, and this time, they’re turning to Malaysia.
To attract more talent, the ministry is allegedly holding face-to-face interviews with Malaysian doctors and general practitioners at Traders Hotel, KLCC.
The recruitment drive hasn’t gone unnoticed, especially when you hear what’s being offered.

Attractive salary and benefits
Reported by The Sun, a Threads user’s post shows that successful applicants will reportedly receive a starting salary of SGD110,000 a year — roughly RM385,000. And that’s just the base pay.
Additional benefits such as monthly accommodation allowance, insurance, and other perks are also said to be part of the deal, making it an especially appealing offer for those looking to work abroad.

She described it as a golden opportunity for doctors who want to earn strong savings and still have the option of returning home later.
