A man in Sabah could only look on in horror and shock at the sight of his son being dragged to his death by a crocodile.
According to a report by Sinar Daily, the incident took place at Kampung Segaliud at around 8pm yesterday (Mar 17).
Attacked by reptile while catching prawns
The victim was identified as 28-year-old Mohd Rayyan Abdullah, who disappeared after the crocodile attacked him while at the river.

Kinabatangan Fire and Rescue Station chief Hairi Otuh said an emergency call was received at 8.22pm, where they were informed that Mohd Rayyan was carrying out prawn netting activities before the tragedy.
He added that Mohd Rayyan’s father had reportedly witnessed the attack unfold before his eyes.
A total of four personnel were dispatched to the scene, which was about 30 kilometres from the Kinabatangan station, to gather further information before initiating a search and rescue (SAR) operation.
