On October 9, Malaysians were shellshocked by the gruesome murder of 31-year-old insurance agent Daniel Lee Boon Han, whose body was found stuffed inside a suitcase.
According to media reports, Daniel’s body was dumped behind the Ampang Jaya Flats in Butterworth, Penang, where a deep slash wound on the his neck was found, while both of his hands were tied and a plastic bag was placed over his head.

Police hunting for Ong Wei Hao
Following the murder, police have since launched a manhunt to track down those believed to be involved in the case.
One of them is 41-year-old Ong Wei Hao, who is now on the authorities’ wanted list for his alleged connection to Daniel’s murder, reported FMT.
According to Seberang Perai Utara police chief Anuar Abd Rahman, Ong’s last known address was at unit A-7-07, Villa Tanjung Condominium, Jalan Villa Tanjung, Butterworth.

4 suspects arrested so far
Just last week, a total of four suspects were nabbed by police, which consisted of two women and two men.
China Press reported that the male suspects are brothers.

All of them were brought to the Butterworth Magistrate’s Court on Oct 22 and were remanded for seven days until Oct 28 to facilitate investigations under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
