Families left waiting

During the raid, police vehicles were seen parked outside the building as a long line of workers was escorted out.

All detainees were later sent in stages to nearby police stations for questioning.

Sources told China Press that Bukit Aman police later ordered a transfer of the case after finding links to a similar investigation in Cheras.

This led to the re-arrest of over 400 people, who were taken to the Cheras police headquarters for further questioning.
