A white Perodua Myvi made headlines after being caught on video driving through a motorcycle-only lane, with the incident captured by a rider following behind and later posted on TikTok.
The video, shared by TikTok user @awinkrapkrap, quickly went viral, sparking discussions about the driver’s motive, with many speculating it was an attempt to avoid toll charges.
Myvi enters motorcycle lane near Bukit Jalil
According to the clip’s caption, the incident occurred on Nov 6 along the Shah Alam Expressway.
In the 2-minute and 37-second video, the Myvi is seen entering the motorcycle lane near Bukit Jalil and continues driving on, even bypassing an exit that could have led it back to the main road.

The car eventually entered a motorcycle lane tunnel and accelerated when the driver appeared to notice he was being recorded.
The Myvi continued along the motorcycle lane until it reached the Puchong/Old Klang Road exit, where the driver was intercepted by a highway patrol tow truck. The video then ends with the tow truck blocking the Myvi’s path.
Rider informs staff about Myvi
In the caption, the rider, who filmed the incident, humorously speculated that the driver was attempting to evade toll fees and suggested that this might be the first time doing so.
In the comment section, the rider added that when questioned by highway staff about the incident, he showed the footage on his phone in response.
