The following summonses are not eligible for the discount:
- Accident summonses
- Summonses for trial
- Non-compoundable offences (N/C)
- Dangerous driving summonses for cutting in front of police
- Using emergency lanes
- Disobeying red light signals
- Offences related to heavy vehicles/lorries
- Vehicle exhaust modifications
- Summonses with status OP safety
- Summonses for overtaking on double lines
