Whenever you own a car, you’re responsible for paying the monthly instalments or risk the vehicle being repossessed if you fail to do so.
Rather than quietly giving back the car that she allegedly failed to pay the monthly instalments on, a woman decided to go on a rampage instead by destroying it with her own hands.

In a one-minute long clip which has since gone viral on X (formerly Twitter), it showed the woman taking a brick and smashing the car windscreen with it.
The front bumper was also seen to be completely torn off, suggesting that it wasn’t spared from the woman’s fury.
After smashing the windscreen, the woman then turned her attention to the side mirror and broke it with a swift blow, sending glass fragments flying everywhere.
A man, believed to be the woman’s husband, is seen taking part in wrecking the car too by smashing the windows and bonnet with a metal bar.
According to the caption, the woman had allegedly failed to pay eight months’ worth of instalments for the car, thus prompting the bank to come repossess it.
‘You stupid or what?’
The clip has since garnered 1.2 million views at the time of writing, along with comments from netizens who were dumbfounded by the woman’s actions, saying that she was actually digging herself a bigger financial hole.
‘Did you really think the bank and Ah Longs don’t have ways to make you pay (the instalments) despite you wrecking the car? You’ll be blacklisted by the bank and Ah Longs will threaten to burn you and your family.’
‘After a few hours and having calmed down, she will cry and wonder why she did something so stupid. When the bank auctions off the car in that condition, you’ll have to ‘top up’ even more!’
On the other hand, some called for compassion to be showed to the woman, saying that she was just letting out her frustrations albeit in an improper manner.
