Supermarkets can be chaotic, with shoppers juggling trolleys, kids, and grocery lists.
In moments like these, a small lapse in attention can lead to big losses.
That’s exactly what happened to a shopper in Klang, turning an ordinary grocery run into a distressing encounter with theft.
On January 1, a 39-year-old woman discovered her handbag missing while shopping at a supermarket in Pandamaran.
Assistant Commissioner Cha Hoong Fong, South Klang District Police Chief, recounted how the incident unfolded and the swift actions that followed.
