# M’sian Woman Sent To Hospital Bahagia After Screaming & Spitting While Standing On Chair At Gombak Clinic

##### A woman’s public meltdown at a Gombak health clinic complete with shouting, spitting, and standing on chairs has now landed her in front of a magistrate.

The woman in her 20s was charged at the Selayang Magistrate’s Court this morning following the incident, which unfolded when she arrived at the clinic with her child to seek treatment.

According to Gombak District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Noor Ariffin Mohamad Nasir, the situation escalated without warning.

> **During the incident, the suspect hurled profanities at civil servants and other patients. She also acted aggressively by spitting and standing on the waiting chair while verbally attacking staff and members of the public,” he said in a statement.**

Police received a report on Nov 19 at about 12.25pm, lodged by a clinic staff member. The woman was arrested later the same day.

The case is being investigated under Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act 1955.
