Living in a residential area often comes with one major headache — limited parking space.
And sometimes, neighbours with more cars than they can legally park end up taking liberties… including parking where they shouldn’t.
That’s exactly what happened to one Malaysian woman, who came home only to discover that her private parking space had been boldly taken over — not just outside her house, but inside her gated compound.

Car spotted in her compound, gate allegedly opened by neighbour
In a post shared on TikTok, the woman said she had returned to check on her house after being away for a while.
But when she arrived, she was stunned to see a grey Proton Waja already parked neatly inside her compound. Yes, behind her gate.
She suspected that her neighbour had helped themselves to the space by opening her gate without permission, just to park the car inside.
Furious over the blatant intrusion, the woman decided to lock her gate — with the neighbour’s car still inside. And she’s not planning to unlock it anytime soon.
If they cut the lock, I’m reporting to the police,” she wrote firmly.
As expected, the post stirred up quite a bit of discussion online.
Some were on her side, pointing out that she had every right to be angry since it’s her property and parking space.

Others, however, felt that she should have tried to talk things out first, or just let it go in the name of neighbourly harmony.
