A woman in Kedah has filed a police report after claiming that her brother, who lives with schizophrenia, was constantly bullied by a group of neighbourhood kids including an incident where they allegedly urinated on him, as reported by Sinar Harian.
Nor Zaihan Muhamad Yusof, 29, said her 40-year-old brother, was diagnosed with schizophrenia at the age of six.
For decades, the family has cared for him with love, even securing their home with locked gates and iron bars to keep him safe.
Despite their efforts, Zaihan said the children from next door would frequently mock and disturb her brother.

They laugh at his illness, throw stones, and I even saw them toss firecrackers at him while he was just sitting in the garage.”
She also claimed that they trespassed into their compound despite it being locked—some of which was allegedly caught on CCTV.
But the final straw came when her mother reportedly caught the children urinating on her brother.
That crossed the line. I lodged a police report on April 3 at the Kubur Panjang police station,” she said.
Zaihan expressed frustration that the children were behaving this way openly in front of their parents who did nothing to stop it.
It’s heartbreaking and frustrating. We’ve done all we can to protect him.”
Pendang District Police Chief, Superintendent Rodzi Abu Hassan, confirmed receiving the report. Investigations are currently ongoing.
