Breakups are never pleasant as it marks the end of a romantic relationship and leaves behind much heartbreak for both parties.
Unable to accept the fact that their relationship was over, a woman in Johor took matters into her own hands and abducted her boyfriend from his workplace before she was arrested.

According to a statement by Iskandar Puteri district police chief Kumarasan A/L Muniandy, he said police were alerted of the matter when the the employer of the victim, a 26-year-old Sri Lankan man, lodged a report about the latter being kidnapped from his car wash shop at around 9am on Feb 28.
Less than 24 hours after the report was made, police arrested two male and two female local suspects aged between 18 and 37 at 7.30am on Mar 1 in Kuala Selangor.
Kumar added that while none of the suspects tested positive for drugs, one of them had a criminal record. A total of four handphones and two cars were also seized by police.
And in an unexpected twist to the story, investigations revealed that one of the female suspects was the girlfriend of the victim, who had recently broken up with her.
Female suspects released on bond
Kumar said all suspects were remanded until Mar 7, with the male suspects being charged under Section 365 of the Penal Code for kidnapping, which was read together under Section 34 of the same law at the Magistrate’s Court.
Both of them were given bail of RM1,000 and RM3,500 respectively, with the court setting Mar 27 for case mention.
However, the female suspects currently walk free after they were released on surety bond under Section 118 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
