Food delivery mistakes happen but what if you gave your go-to restaurant a second chance and even reminded them to double-check your order, only for them to mess it up again?
M’sian woman gets RM16 Nasi Kukus without chicken
That’s exactly what happened to a woman in Pahang, whose order was messed up not once, but twice. Her experience quickly went viral, with netizens wondering if the second blunder was truly accidental or done on purpose.

In her Facebook post, she explained that after her previous order arrived without a salted egg, she decided to give the stall another chance. This time, she even left a polite reminder asking them to double-check the order.
Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. Instead of receiving her Nasi Kukus with Fried Chicken, she got everything but the chicken. To make matters worse, the meal had cost her RM20.74 including delivery.
Premium price for plain rice
She had shelled out RM16 for the meal, and with delivery and extras, it came to RM20.74. Yet what showed up was essentially just rice and condiments. As she wrote:
I paid RM20.74 in total, but this is what I get for adding a reminder. Are the staff in the eatery pulling some sort of prank here?

When she placed her order here’s what she has said:
The other day I ordered Nasi Kukus with salted egg but didn’t get the egg. Please read the order properly, ya. Thank you.
Netizens didn’t hold back
Netizens had a lot to say in the comment section, with many sharing their own opinions and frustrations over similar food blunders. Here are some of it.
“This must be a case of careless staff. Hmm… pity the customer and the owner. Hopefully it’s really just the staff being careless… hope the owner takes action… it has happened repeatedly… really sad.” said a netizen.

“The food stall is a red flag. Got scammed once, please don’t buy a second time… just find another place to order from.” said another.
