Arguments between couples happen every now and then, but if left unchecked, emotions can reach a fever pitch and result in tragedy.
A couple in Kajang had such a fierce verbal altercation that it left one of them dead after the wife snapped and proceeded to kill her husband with her own hands.

According to a report by Harian Metro, the incident took place in front of the couple’s apartment on Sunday (Feb 16).
The victim was a 60-year-old man, who worked as a contractor and was stabbed by his wife following an argument.
The fight was witnessed by members of the public, who alerted the police at around 11.05am.
Kajang district police chief Assistant Commissioner Naazron Abdul Yusof said in a statement that the suspect, a 59-year-old housewife, was arrested at the scene and the weapon used in the stabbing was seized to assist in the investigation.
He added that the couple had been married for 37 years since tying the knot in 1988.
The suspect will be remanded for five days starting yesterday (Feb 17) until Friday (Feb 21) to assist investigation under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
As for the victim’s body, it was sent to the Serdang Hospital’s Forensic Department for an autopsy, where the cause of death was determined to be multiple stab wounds.
